To support other Diploma students journies Integralpermanence can offer project advice and mentoring.  This is  designed to create feedback loops, with an intention to enrich the students experience beyond the courses structure, and part of the education Ethic within this field.  There may be collaborative opportunities, stacking functions between other designers, further enriching the scope of the course and potentiality for positive change.  With a growing online presence, students in the Permaculture world can benefit by networking with practitioners worldwide, please feel free to email!

This is where my Diploma journey started for me a few years ago, consciously designing change and growh into my life and actions.  An extensive work, completed over a couple of years, summarised to final designs and key information and outline of processes.  This body of work is too extensive for showing on this site, but aims to be a useful and inspiring guide or reference to future Dip. students.  This work is a response to the lack of old dip. students work being publically showcased to guide and inspire new students in particular, but also the wider world.  In todays climate I feel this information is vital as a positive response to the problems we face as humans and it is my highest wish that these humble endeavours may hold some value in effecting positive growth and conscious change.

After a long personal  journey finding suitable learning pathway support, institutions that shared a positive solutions based worldview and offered affordable education, it feels particularly important and relevent to share personal pathways.  New and carefully thought out models of education allow huge scope for personal input and design of study pathways.  The M.Sc at Gaia University is not only incredibly exciting and far- reaching, the University invites and encourages active engagement by students to improve and tweek the very structure.  This organic flexible system departs heavily from traditional university structure and by sharing my experiences I hope to inform and inspire others to look into the diverse and amazing opportunities available.

 Teachers notes are something to be continually refined and added to/ adjusted, and this only represents a basic framework.  Adding personal experiences and new information/ learning is crucial to staying engaged and up to date with the dynamic and evolving world of Permaculture design.    It is worth noting that I currently teach international courses and may change this structure considerably if teaching to students from the same area, (e.g. Within the U.K). The intention is to ease the transition for new teachers by offering a structure and plans for a full 72 hr course as specified by Bill Mollison, where all climes are studied.  This is a basic outline to help guide and orientateonly, and several years of practical/ professional experience is recommended before teaching a full PDC.
